 Directions to Port Imperial 

 

Route 46/Route 3 East

Rt. 46 east to Rt. 3 east to Rt. 495 east. Exit at Weehawken (last exit in NJ). At the traffic light keep right of ramp and continue through traffic light bear right. At the next light (Baldwin Ave.) make a left. Proceed over the railroad tracks and make an immediate left onto Port Imperial Boulevard. Follow road to ferry terminal about 1/2 miles.

Route 80 East/Garden State Parkway North

Exit 159 for Rt. 80 east. Take Rt. 80 East to Rt. 95 north to Fort Lee/Palisades Parkway exit. Follow Bridge Plaza South six lights to end. Make a right onto Hudson Terrace to fork where it becomes River Road. Continue straight heading south for five miles to entrance of Port Imperial on left.

Garden State Parkway North/Rt. 3 East

Take Garden State Parkway to Rt. 3 east to Rt. 495 east. Exit at Weehawken (last exit in NJ). At the traffic light bear right. At the next light (Baldwin Ave.) make a left. Proceed over the railroad tracks and make an immediate left onto Port Imperial Boulevard. Follow road to ferry terminal about 1/2 miles.

New Jersey Turnpike South

Take the NJ Turnpike to exit 16E. Proceed straight ahead on Rt. 495. Exit at Weehawken (last exit in NJ). At the traffic light bear right. At the next light (Baldwin Ave.) make a left. Proceed over the railroad tracks and make an immediate left onto Port Imperial Boulevard. Follow road to ferry terminal about 1/2 miles.

New Jersey Turnpike North

Take the NJ Turnpike to exit 16E. Proceed straight ahead on Rt. 495. Exit at Weehawken (last exit in NJ). At the traffic light bear right. At the next light (Baldwin Ave.) make a left. Proceed over the railroad tracks and make an immediate left onto Port Imperial Boulevard. Follow road to ferry terminal about 1/2 miles.

Route 4

Travel east on Rt. 4 to last exit before George Washington Bridge (Fort Lee exit). Take Bridge Plaza South six lights to end. Make a right onto Hudson Terrace to fork where it becomes River Road continue straight heading south for five miles to entrance of Port Imperial on the left.

From Palisades Parkway

Palisades Parkway to exit 1 (Englewood Cliffs/Palisades Ave). Make a left onto Palisades Ave. then right onto Hudson Terrace to fork where it becomes River Road continue straight heading south for five miles to entrance of Port Imperial on the left.

From Rt. 9 West

Make a left onto Palisades Ave then a right onto Hudson Terrace to fork where it becomes River Road continue straight heading south for five miles to entrance of Port Imperial on the left.

ALTERNATE DIRECTIONS TO AVOID LINCOLN TUNNEL CONGESTION

From Route 46 East

Take 46 East through Little Ferry. Continue East over Hackensack River Bridge through Ridgefield. Go Pass Exxon station on right and get off at Grand ave. (Exit 93). Continue straight, you will pass Young School on left and then cross Broad ave. at Stop sign make a left onto Route 5. Continue up hill heading east. Follow Rt. 5 signs. Second light turn right, go past Gulf Station then bear right at Rt. 5 sign, Palisade Ave. Get in left lane, at light make a left and follow Rt. 5 sign to River Rd. Continue south passing Target and then City Place. Port Imperial Terminal is 2.3 miles on the left.

From N.J. Turnpike

Take Exit 16E towards Secaucus. At ligth make a right, then bear left and go over the overpass. Follow signs for Union Turnpike. You will pass a cemetary on your left and continue up the hill to the traffic light. At light make a right and continue straight, Getty Station will be on your left. Continue east on 32nd St. past the 4 Star Diner. Make a left at Lukiol Station (Palisades Ave.) Stay straight on South Marignal Highway to traffic light (Blvd East) Make a left, pass the Hess station on right. 9/10th of a mile you will make a hgard right turn onto pershing Rd.at Stop sign make a right and follow Caryle Ct. to Port Imperial Blvd. Ferry Terminal is up on right.

From Route 80 East

Take the Rt. 46 95 South Exit, 1/2 mile exit exit at Rt. 46 East. See alternate from  Rt. 46 East.

From Route 3 East

Rt. 3 East, follow signs Secaucus NJ Turnpike South (service road). Get off at North Bergen exit. Paterson Plank Rd. east to Union turnpike. You will pass a cemetary on your left and continue up the hill to the traffic light. At light make a right and continue straight, Getty Station will be on your left. Continue east on 32nd St. past the 4 Star Diner. Make a left at Lukiol Station (Palisades Ave.) Stay straight on South Marignal Highway to traffic light (Blvd East) Make a left, pass the Hess station on right. 9/10th of a mile you will make a hgard right turn onto pershing Rd.at Stop sign make a right and follow Caryle Ct. to Port Imperial Blvd. Ferry Terminal is up on right.
